Welcome to Paulina Kitchen! In this edition we are going to make a squad cream soup for all soup fans!
We are a group with enormous contradiction. On the one hand, we love soup and everything it gives us. We eternally appreciate the invention of the cream soup, accompanied by the incursion into the kitchen of the Minipimer or Mixer.
On the other hand, we banned Quino, to all its creation, to everything that is Mafalda . But here lies the contradiction that our heart is breaking us.
Why did Mafalda hate soup?!
For those who do not know, Malfalda is an Argentine cartoon created by Quino, who tells the adventures of a very intelligent and sarcastic girl called Malfalda.
It is one of the best strips that were taken in the country and was translated into several languages. The most difficult thing was to translate it into Guaraní, because the word "soup" in that language, refers to consistent preparation that is the so -called Paraguayan soup (you can see the recipe here).
While the word "soup" in Spanish Rioplatnce is equivalent to liquid or creamy preparation. Anyway, I think the word "broth" was used but did not generate the same grace.

About this recipe for pumpkin and cheese
If there are easy recipes in life, squash cream is one. It is done in a very short time and is delicious!
They will have to pay attention to the cooking of the pumpkin. Ideally, it goes well cooked, so there are no lumps in our cream soup.
A tip passes them: if when they click it, you have to grab the knife, it still is missing. If they click and "escape", it's perfect.
Cheese at the bottom of the plate is the best thing that happened to them. I know!

Ingredients
For 2 portions
2 pieces of beautiful pumpkin
1 onion
1 garlic clove
Baldito 1 Cube (see HERE HOW TO MAKE HOME BALLS )
1 good piece of cheese that melts, butter type.
3 tbsp. of milk cream (optional)
Salt, pepper and olive oil
Recipe squelty cream

1. Boil the pumpkin with shell until it is well cooked. Do not take it out to the dente but well cooked, that is disarmed.
2. Remove the peel and reserve the pulp of the pumpkin. Leave it uncovered to evaporate the liquid.
3. Chop the onion and garlic. Sail in olive oil until the onion is transparent.
4. Add the pumpkin pulp and saute a few minutes, undoing it with a wooden spoon.
5. Add 3 glasses of water, the baldness (if you have made, better, clear) broth and take to boil.
6. Remove from heat and go through the minipimmer until the squash cream is completely smooth.
7. Prepare the bowls: put a few pieces of butter cheese below and, if you put it, a splash of the milk cream in each bowl.
8. Pour very hot pumpkin cream on the cheese. It is essential that it is very hot, since this is what will melt the cheese. It can be mixed well so that it is integrated or, as I like, to let some cloth half melts rise to the spoon whenever you want.
Question can be done otherwise if I don't have a minipimer?

Of Neuquén, far from the Río de la Plata and here we also tell you soup. Moreover, in all Argentina they tell soup soup. Not only around the Río de la Plata.
