- In a bowl we will place the milk together with the lemon juice. This is the Butter Milk, that is: milk cut with lemon. We let it rest for about 15 minutes.
- In another bowl mix the common flour with the whole meal, add salt and sodium bicarbonate. Make a hole in the center and place the Butter Milk.
- Integrate all the ingredients, first with a fork or then with the hand. Finish unite on the floured mesada as seen in the video. It is not a kneading, the idea is to reach a homogeneous mass.
