Ingredients
For a big bread or several boys (always so specific ...)
- 1/2 kg. of flour
- 6g. of fresh yeast (or 2g of dry yeast)
- 1 CDA. salt
- 375ml. water
Step by step recipe that is made alone ...
- Place the crown -shaped flour in a bowl (with a hole in the middle). Put the salt around. It is important to put it around so that it does not touch, in principle, yeast.
- Dissolve the yeast in the water at room temperature or slightly warm and place it in the flour hollow.
- Mix with your hand until it is good.
- Once everything is well mixed and the dough is made, fold it as I do in the video, about 4 or 5 times (as if it were an envelope).
- Let rest, covered with a reviewer, about 15 minutes.
- After these 15 minutes the dough will have changed: repeat the fold once more and bring the bowl to the refrigerator, covered with film paper. We will leave it like that all night, about 10-12 hours.
- After this time, flour the table and carefully remove the dough from the bowl. Form the breads as we want, always without manufacturing the dough too much. I did chapatas type but a single country bread can be done with all the dough, again folding it com “on”. You can also make small round breads.
- Place at the fountain, cover with a reviewer (clean, Marta) and let stand for half an hour. Optional: Make some gangs to the bread and spread with olive oil, mine was macerated with rosemary.
- Bring to a preheated oven at maximum temperature about 40 minutes. A secret: if you put a source in the oven and put half a glass of water, this will make steam and the bread will not dry.
