Welcome to Paulina Kitchen! Today we have an economic dessert that will fly their wig: a warm crumble of apples with Banana Frozer. They are already drooling this economic dessert is part of the incredible competition we have with Mati Chavero entitled #2mangos. The idea is to challenge us to cook for very little money!

It is a very funny challenge, because you inevitably have to get very creative to get out of the ingredient we always have. This time we had to think about an economic dessert, so the cream, the dulce de leche and the chocolate were quite discarded. But luckily I could turn to my dear station fruits that never fail

About this apples crumble with Banana Frozen

In addition to being an economic dessert, it is an easy dessert that anyone can do. And obviously it is delicious, I don't know why they doubted it. It is implicit in all desserts that!

Catch is not difficult to do, but we have to respect certain things. It is important that we use very cold butter to achieve this crispy effect, so you don't have to skip any step. It is an ideal dessert to do during a marathon in Netflix, between chapter and chapter they are preparing and putting in the refrigerator.

The best thing about this economic dessert is that it can be done with any station fruit, so it is so economical. If green apples are expensive when they want to do it, they spoil what is given: it can be pears, peaches, plums, whatever they want!

I hope you dysfute it!

Greetings and until next

Apple crumble recipe and Banana Frozen

The richest economic dessert!

  1. Cut the banana into slices and place in a bowl and take the freezer until it is frozen. We take the opportunity to put the butter in the refrigerator so it is very cold when we are going to use it
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into rooms, take out your heart and cut into not very finite sheets.
  3. Spread a source suitable for an oven, this will bring a lot of flavor to our crumble while keeping it in the economic dessert category.
  4. Accommodate the apples at the average source to which you grew up (it is a gaucho idiism to say "like this")
  5. Grind the peanut a little, we don't want a dust, if not medium pieces. They can do it in a processor or put the peanut in a bag and find a palote as I did in the video.
  6. In a bowl place the oatmeal, the broken peanut and a spoonful of whole wheat flour, mix and add the sugar. Finally add the frozen butter in cubes and integrate quickly by hand. It is important not to handle the mixture, we want it to be integrated but that butter is not melt, it can also be done in a processor. The goal is to have a sand.
  7. Add the cinnamon and ginger to the mixture and cover the apple layer well. Make sure that everything is well covered without crushing the sand. Take a half hour to the refrigerator to cool the butter again.
  8. Once cold cook in an oven at 180 ° about 30 minutes, until the crumble is golden and tender apples.
  9. Before serving it, we are going to process the frozen banana pieces until you get a creamy texture. We serve a tibia crumble portion, with a spoonful of Banana Frozzen above. The best economic dessert of your life.

Look at this beauty!

very delicious!

A dessert delight. Simply great, and with the ideal block. I would not change it for another fruit or pears or anything. In addition, ginger and cinnamon, combined with banana Frozen will give you a special taste. I try it for sure.
