Spinach gnoved sauce
In other pasta posts I left them a lot of ideas with different salsa recipes. Today I bring you a meat stew that will serve both these spinach gnocchi and for any other pasta. If you want to make the vegetarian or vegan version you can use Seitan. It is delicious!
The meat stew is a very homemade recipe. It does not have many secrets, just choose a tender meat and seal it by all parties. Without more to add we start!
Ingredients: 1/2 kilo of vaccine meat cut into pieces, 2 medium -cut onions in feather cut, 1 carrot in slices, 1/2 Red bell pepper in strips, 1 kg of blenders, 2 cut cloves very small, 2 bay leaves, salt, pepper, olive oil, 100 ml of red wine.
Step by step: seal the meat very well, of all parts in a pan with a little olive oil. Once the meat removes and in the same pan, add a little more oil and saute the rest of the vegetables except tomato until the onion is golden.
Add the meat you had reserved and salt and pepper and add the red wine. Cook over high heat until alcohol evaporates.
Once the alcohol is evaporated, add the crushed tomato and laurel leaves. Lower the heat, cover and cook until the meat is tender.
Ready the sauce! You can already accompany your spinach gnocchi with the best stew in history!

- 500 gr of flour
- 500 gr of potatoes

- 1 egg

Step by step spinach gnocchi
- Cook potatoes with the least amount of liquid. Or in microwave or baked if you can. Make a firm puree and season to taste.
- Boil the bound of spinach for a maximum of a minute. Drain very well and chop as small as possible. Or mix it.
- Join the puree with the egg, the chopped spinach and half of the flour. Go adding the rest of the flour little by little, until a soft dough is achieved but does not stick in the fingers. Do not knead more.
- Cut the dough into pieces, make fine strips (or choricitos, as you call it) and form the spinach gnocchi.
- Sprinkle flour on top so that they don't stick.
- In a saucepan put water to boil, when it breaks boil put the spinach and cook until they float on the surface. Remove with a sparkling and serve immediately.
