Tinto wine pasta

In this program ... Paulina brings us a more than original paste recipe!

Hello Friends of Paulina Kitchen!

Today we return to pasta recipes , but this time in a special way and that I did not know: Raviolles to red wine!

What I liked most about this recipe is that it is a way of making very simple and fast pasta but not so many know. It is a great way to surprise our guests. In summary, it is a recipe with which we can make the cancheros, without so much effort.

In addition, it is an economic meal. What else can we ask for?

I leave you with the video, I hope you like it as much as me.

Until next, friends.

Ingredients

(For about 10 small bars)

  • Fresh or dry pasta (I used ravioli La Salteña)
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 cups of red wine
  • Green onion
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper and olive oil

Step by step: the most original pastes!

It is also fast and simple

  1. Place in a pot with 3 cups of water and 2 cups of red wine. Put to the fire with a lid, until it boils.
  2. Once it boils, add salt and put the ravioli inside. Cook normally, just like when we do it without wine, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain or strain pasta. They will see that the pastes have taken the color of red wine (with this we can already make the cancheros).
  4. Serve the pasta. Now we add a little gourmet details: olive oil, grated cheese (if you want to see how to add an even more canhero cheese you can see it in the video).
  5. I also add some onion of Greeno, to give it some crispy and because it is delicious!

Thus, this is good to the red wine
