In this program ... Paulina brings us a more than original paste recipe!
Hello Friends of Paulina Kitchen!
Today we return to pasta recipes , but this time in a special way and that I did not know: Raviolles to red wine!
What I liked most about this recipe is that it is a way of making very simple and fast pasta but not so many know. It is a great way to surprise our guests. In summary, it is a recipe with which we can make the cancheros, without so much effort.
In addition, it is an economic meal. What else can we ask for?
I leave you with the video, I hope you like it as much as me.
Until next, friends.

Ingredients
(For about 10 small bars)
- Fresh or dry pasta (I used ravioli La Salteña)
- 3 cups of water
- 2 cups of red wine
- Green onion
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper and olive oil
Step by step: the most original pastes!
It is also fast and simple
- Place in a pot with 3 cups of water and 2 cups of red wine. Put to the fire with a lid, until it boils.
- Once it boils, add salt and put the ravioli inside. Cook normally, just like when we do it without wine, stirring occasionally.
- Drain or strain pasta. They will see that the pastes have taken the color of red wine (with this we can already make the cancheros).
- Serve the pasta. Now we add a little gourmet details: olive oil, grated cheese (if you want to see how to add an even more canhero cheese you can see it in the video).
- I also add some onion of Greeno, to give it some crispy and because it is delicious!
I love your recipes, and I fall for me !! Whenever I am sad or after an exhausting day I see/I read your recipes and you compare my mind! 🙂 You are great !!
