- 500 grams of shrimp
- 500 grams of clams
- 500 grams of mussels
- 300 grams of squid, cut into rings
- 250 grams of white fish, in pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup of stark green olives (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Chile powder (optional)
- 4 Fish broth cups
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander and lemon slices to decorate
How to make Step by Step by Step
- In a large pot, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, peppers and tomatoes. Cook until they are tender.
- Add the spices (cumin, paprika and chili powder) and mix well.
- Incorporate the fish broth and the bay leaf. Bring to a boiling and then reduce the fire by half-low. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes for flavors to mix.
