The question of every hot midday: what to do to eat delicious and fresh food ?

No, not salad, dear. I can't eat ALL summer.

Grilled fish? Great. Grilled fish .

Could you give me a hand, please? I'm not hospitalized .

Well, well, well. Here's the sauce for grilled fish that makes the difference between turning on the air conditioner and making some pasta and going to eat on the balcony because it's so nice.

A close cousin of tartar sauce. It was delicious.

Ingredients

You have at home

  • 2 tsp. capers
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. old-fashioned mustard (or any other you have)
  • 1/4 of chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 CDA. olive
  • Salt and pepper

1. Chop the onion very finely and a teaspoon of capers (reserve the other).

2. Mix with the remaining ingredients: mayonnaise , mustard , oil , and lemon . Season with salt and pepper. Be careful, the capers are already salty.

3. Beat until all ingredients are well integrated.

4. Serve over the fish once it is warm.

Porno Capperi : As you may know, we members of Porno Capperi, the lodge of caper worshippers, write a haiku every time we eat capers. Here's mine today:

Waves that burst
a rock
my mouth
is you
Caper.

And so it remains
