Grilled vegetable skewer recipe
Yield: 4 portions

Ingredients
- 1 big eggplant
- 1 big zucchini
- 1 Red belling
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of dry tomatoes
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of bacon in fetas
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
- Albahaca or Dry Tomato Pesto (optional)
How to make Step by step skewers
- Cut the eggplant into slices of approximately 2 cm thick and then in rooms. Reserve.
- Cut the zucchini into slices 1 cm thick. If it is very large, in rooms for the sizes to be even. Reserve.
