Welcome to Paulina Kitchen! Today I bring you a capricious recipe: Rababit salad, but as I like! Yes, one day I had to stop and stop worrying about what most people like. I could not make everyone happy.

Well, my capricious recipe includes using very very finite ranites, in this way the dressing covers them well and we avoid that bitter taste that can appear. I also leave the option to add some ginger slices, but if they don't feel so daring, nothing happens yet, they leave it for the next!

The same with the spicy, that will depend a lot on whether they enjoy or suffer the spicy (or enjoy suffering the spicy, each with their temitas!). Latest recommendations: Do not escort with the parsley, they add it to me later, and love with the garlic, which can be shuffled the same che!

Ingredients

For a cool bowl

  • 1 Rababites package
  • 2 lemons
  • A lot of parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Optional spicy: 2 slices of ginger, 1 piece of fucking chil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

How I like me!

  1. The first thing we are going to do is wash the ranites well (without the obvious stems) and cut them into very well -finished slices, almost that it would have to be able to see the slice. We put them in a source and reserve them.
  2. Now we are going to chop garlic and parsley, and if you decided on the spicy option, ginger and pepper (or the one you have chosen!)
  3. All this chopped the salt, pepper and lemon juice will serve as marinated for our radishes salad.
  4. We cover the branches with the marinade , taking care that everyone arrives well, and we take it to the refrigerator until the time of serving, at least half an hour, the longer, the better! Contact with lemon will make the branches soft but crispy at the same time!

Kale chips are so rich! It can be used in salads too, the secret is to cut the stem leaves, wash them well, dry them and cut them not very small, place salt and oil (preferably of olive but it is right anyone) and “massage them” yes! Skip them in your hands to soften them, if you give you a peeled hand you can wear gloves you will see that in 3 or 4 min. It softens. Can you add scratch or slicing from Parmesan, chopped garlic and lime or lemon juice? ??
