I confess that many times I do not buy it just because I see that round and giant of leaves and I imagine washing them ... what Chinese torture.
Anyway, here I leave you a precious activity for children's holidays, for the training of a samurai or to ask someone with straw tail. Whatever it is but do not wash them.
When they are well clean, you do this watercress salad and mascarpone delicious:
Ingredients
Pretty simple!
- 1 tied fresh water
- 1 CDA. Panzona Mascarpone cheese (can be done with common cream cheese)
- 1 cdita. of mustard
- Half -lemon juice
- 1 CDA. olive
- 2 tbsp. of grated cheese
- Sunflower seeds (pipes)
- Salt and pepper

This is done
1. Wash the watercress leaves and discard very large branches.
2. Mix the lemon, mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper and mascarpone. Measure well until you integrate completely.
3. Put on the watermark leaves the sunflower seeds and grated cheese.
4. Place the marinade on top and mix well.
