Welcome to Paulina Cocina! Today we're bringing you a recipe that's so easy you can make it in just a couple of minutes: sugar-free jam!

Yes, this time we're going to make a super-fast, sugar-free peach jam. I love this recipe because you don't waste time or time!

Well, I'm already a lady with that phrase haha

But eating healthy doesn't always mean spending thousands of hours in the kitchen, not at all! That's why recipes like this sugar-free jam fascinate me.

They prove that you can eat fresh food, with seasonal fruits and produce and without preservatives, without spending a ton of time in the kitchen.

Because with so many series and so many photos and stories to see on Instagram, who has real time to cook?

As you know, one of the main ingredients in jam is sugar, so imagine the challenge of making jam without sugar.

The good thing is that today there are many types of sweeteners that help us in this task.

This sugar-free jam isn't very conventional. You'll see how quick it is to make, and the great thing about it is that we can make it with just a few pieces of fruit and keep it fresh depending on what's in season.

You can make it with peaches, pears, plums, peaches or apricots.

The idea is to have a super homemade sugar-free jam in the fridge for breakfast or with some mate. But since it's sugar-free, it's not a preserve we'll make three kilos of and leave in the cupboard. Be careful with that!

So I recommend making them in small batches and keeping them in the refrigerator for no more than three days. Repeat the process and be happy. And so on, ad infinitum.

2 peaches
1 packet of Hileret Stevia
Lemon juice

Sugar-free jam recipe

  1. The first thing we're going to do is peel the peaches and remove the pits. We'll cut them into cubes and set them aside.
  2. Now let's place a pan over medium heat without anything else! We're not adding any oil or butter or anything else; I recommend using a good pan! To add the diced peaches, stir them with a wooden spoon or spatula until they begin to soften.
  3. Add any sweetener you like along with a squeeze of lemon juice and continue stirring. When our sugar-free jam reaches the desired consistency, remove it from the heat and transfer it to a container to cool.
  4. Note: This is a sugar-free jam recipe, so it will last about 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator. I recommend making it little by little; it's done very, very quickly!
