So nice you look the pak choi ! But what a good girl's vegetable! I bought it almost without knowing what it was, by pure coquetry.

And after thinking and looking for recipes, I ended up doing this warm salad, which was very rich. The dressing is worth it, it has a eastern wave, probate it mushrooms.

I tell you about this warm pak chi salad that is a delight. Pak choi or bok choi, I don't know if they know, can be eaten cooked or raw. In this case it is cooked but only a few seconds, it is crispy and warm. It is great with the potato (♥ Pope ♥) Well to the dente and the dressing, as I told them, complete everything. It has a eastern wave but very adapted to our palate since it is quite soft.

Ingredients

For a great saladota

  • 2 small (or 1 large) potatoes
  • 2 pak choi well monkeys
  • 1 CDA. sesame seeds
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. of sesame oil (and if there is no, from another)
  • Salt and pepper

1. Peel the potatoes and boil them until they are soft, but not so much to disarm (trick: throw a small jet of boiling water, this will prevent it from disarming).

2. Wash and cut the pak choi into large pieces.

3. Bleach the pak choi in boiling water for about 3 minutes (take it out when it is “fluorescent”, you will realize). Drain and reserve.

4. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan with nothing, over high heat. Take them out when they are golden and aroma.

5. Place the sesame with the clove of peeled garlic. Crush until a paste is formed, as in the photo.

6. Add soy, salt, pepper and oil to this paste. Revolver.

7. Place the Pak Choi and above, the potato, already cold and cut into pieces. Water with the dressing. The Pak Choi is crispy and delicious. I don't explain why Chinese chard, it's much less rough. And ready! You already have your Pak Choi warm salad.
