Because to all the good things about pizza, we wanted to add all the good things about empanadas.
That's right, my friends. We realized it was unfair that a pizza doesn't go through the experience of having a filling, and that's why this recipe.

About this stuffed pizza recipe
Today's fusion is pizza with ham and cheese empanadas. And also with spring onions because I can't stand putting spring onions on everything I can!
It's a great option to enjoy at a dinner with friends, for example...
It's so easy and quick! And from one ball of dough you can make several, which you can fill any way you like with love and creativity.
There's not much more to say so I'll leave you with the recipe:
Ingredients:
For the mass:
-0000 Flour 1 kilo
-Salt 20 gr
-Oil 4 tbsp
-Water 550 cc
-Fresh yeast 50 gr
For filling:
-Spring onion
-Ham
-Mozzarella cheese
-Seasonings (to taste)
-Tomato sauce (I leave here )
-Fresh tomato
-Basil
Step by step to make this stuffed pizza
filled with love!
1- First things first, the dough: We'll make a ring with the flour, adding salt to the edges, leaving a small hole in the center. Add the water, yeast, and oil to the center. Mix together, and once the dough is formed, set aside and let it rise until it doubles in size in a warm place.
2- Once it has risen, separate two balls and stretch them with a rolling pin.
3- We'll place one of these on a pizza pan and top it with the ham, cheese, and chopped spring onion. Season the top with seasoning to taste.
4- Now we are going to place the other rolled-out dough ball on top, covering the previous ingredients, and we are going to put a little tomato sauce and more pieces of cheese on top.
5- Now we are going to take our pizza to the oven at 180º until the dough is cooked and the cheese is melted.
6- Once you've removed it from the oven, top it with fresh tomato slices, basil, and seasoning. And that's it!
Is the dough and cheese cooked on time?
I'm making it for dinner tonight!
