- Finish the pizza in the pan forming a more chubby edge with the finger so that the sauce or cheese does not escape. Below, put a mini splash of oil. I did not put him because my pan is made of ceramics and does not stick, but you have doubts, oil.
- Take to a minimum heat and, while it is done, putting the sauce and the pieces of cheese. After a few minutes, cover half of the pan and leave this way until the cheese is melt, always over low heat. Once it is golden brown, take out and eat immediately. Ready!
