Although it seems that I have others, my main objective in the kitchen is always to plug my son certain foods that do not like and that I want me to eat. Yes, I said plug, hippies .

For now, I spend today's recipe. pizza dough (from Pizzettas, in my case), there is a very tasty green mass. Coquito liked it very much. And it seemed rich and colorful, so I decided to publish it.

Ingredients

For 1/2 kg pizza. of flour

  • Pizza dough ingredients.

This pizza with spinach is one of the savior meals of my house. When I do, I do quite a lot and freely freely and without cheese. It's worth it.

Green pizza recipe - spinach dough

Calculate the same amount of water you always throw. That is: if they are 200cc. , calculate 200cc. of water + processed spinach . Throw the green water, to be calculating and that the dough is not too humid.

5. Proceed as with any other pizza . If it is a margarita, place tomato sauce, prehor and then (when it is blanquita, before toast below), add the mozzarella and give the last baking blow until it melts. There is your green pizza! If you are going to freeze the spinach pizza, the point to remove it is the previous one when putting the cheese: when it is blanquita below, before it is brown.
