I'm going to tell you one thing: Hawaiian is not a pizza.

And I am not from Pizzera orthodoxy, huh. But Hawaiian is not a pizza.

It is an infamous invention of someone who wanted to be original at the expense of good taste and coherence Pizzil. If there is still in the menu, it is because people like you ( I speak to you), every so often, a Hawaiian is closed.

1. Red and atheist pizza

Tomato, Bacon, Brown and Dry Tomato

Ingredients

Tomato, bacon, dry tomato, bell pepper, garlic, 1 cda. of puree of tomatoes, oregano. Cheese (optional)

Modus operandi

Save the bacon in a hot pan, with nothing (in its own fat), until it is golden. Roasting the meor or sauté it, can be left with the skin. The tomato is cut into small pieces, fresh. Dry tomato hydrates and cuts into strips. Finally, everything is skipped together, about 2 minutes, with chopped garlic and splash it. The cheese is placed (optional) on the pizza and when it is melted, it is crowned with the red mixture and returns to the oven about 2-3 minutes.

2. Innovative hippie pizza

Sesame and eggplant pesto

Ingredients

For the People: 1 CDA. of sesame seeds, olive oil, 1 cloves of garlic, basil and olive oil. 1 eggplant and mozzarella.

Modus operandi

Cut the eggplant into fine slices and sauté in oil (little) until golden brown. Put the pesto ingredients in a mortar and crush. Salpimentar. Cover the pizza with Mozzarella, once it is repealed to cover with the eggplants and, on top of these, the peex. Back to the oven 2-3 minutes. This was my favorite of the evening, I loved it.

3. Dry Capap Pizza

Basil and dry tomato

Ingredients

Dry tomatoes, basil, mozarella and black olives.

Modus operandi

Hydrate the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces. Mix in a bowl with the basil leaves (a lot!) And the olives. Condicate with salt, pepper and olive oil. Bake the pizza with mozzarella and when it is melted, add the mixture. Bake a minute, just to heat.

4. Bombastic pizza

Roquefort, bacon and nut

Ingredients

Fresh cheese, Roquefort cheese, bacon and nut.

Modus operandi

Save the bacon without oil until it is golden. Mix with the roquefort, fresh cheese and chopped nut. Place on the pizza and bake until the cheeses are melted.

5. Pretentious pizza

Rúcula, cherry, goat cheese and nut

Ingredients

Rúcula, cherry and nut tomatoes. Goat cheese and mozzarella.

Modus operandi

Cut the cherrys in half. Mix with chopped nuts and arugula and salt and pepper. Put the mozzarella on the pizza and on this goat cheese. When they are melted, add the mixture of leaves and return 1 minute to the oven.

Hawina is very good !!! You just have to know how to prepare it is not with ananá in slices; it is in cubes just like the ham like this, everything melts with the cheese.In Colombia it is a hit, Pauli your Colombian husband can tell you hugs and the pizzas you published are delicious.

For a fine dough of pizza, normal preparation is made and 10 min is allowed to let the dough and price be allowed to that is the kneading between 15 and 20 min. It extends at the fountain and S3 sends the pre -heated oven and voila! Stone pizza
