To understand it better, I will tell you the legend of the Yeti de Tandil . They say that at the top of the Tandilences, a year lived. That is, a man about two or three times bigger than the common man.

"I saw a yeti hand!" Some said. Others claimed that they had seen a hairy head protruding through the pines. But nobody had seen him whole, nor did they know what his face was like.

For a medium calzone

1 CRCASAS TAKE

10 dry tomatoes

2 garlic cloves

1 onion

1 cake mass (you can see here how to make homemade cake mass )

200g. Of butter cheese (or other cheese that melts)

Chard Calzone Recipe

An autumn delight!

  1. The first thing we are going to do is hydrate the dry tomatoes in warm water, we leave them at least half an hour. They can also hydrate them for example.
  2. Now we are going to wash the chard and bleach them for 2 minutes. We are not going to cook much, just bleach, that is: boil water and, once it is boiling, place the chard inside for 2 minutes. Remove, drain and chop. It is not necessary to be very small.
  3. We are going to chop garlic and onion can be small or in larger pieces, as you like. We brown both in a little oil and add the chopped chard. Salt and pepper and stir. We now add the hydrated tomatoes, which we bite before. Stir and remove from heat.
  4. We cut the cheese into rather medium pieces, add it to the preparation and join everything very well.
  5. To raise the calzone: we are going to arrange the dough in an oven source, place the filling in one of the halves and bend in half, like an empanada. We make a very nice maxirepulgue and we are ready!
  6. They can paint it with beaten egg if you want, and spray with some seeds, and we will take it to the oven until it looks golden on the outside.
