I do these cookies with chocolate chips very often, mainly because they are super easy to do and the result is fantastic, they are super rich, they last a minute, ideal to take in the afternoon any day.

They also have the advantage that there is no need to cut them with huts or shape them, simply putting a teaspoon of the mixture in the fountain (which does not even have to enmantecar), we already have our cookies.

Sabor, these cookies with chocolate chips have that slight I leave salty at the end that makes them so addictive. They are sequitas and very crispy.

Aesthetically, I have not achieved that they look like the cookies bought, but, believe me, the taste is super similar.

Ingredients

For about 20 big cookies

  • 1 generous cup of lift flour (or common flour + baking powder)
  • 1/2 cup of black sugar
  • 1/2 cup of common sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 60g. of butter
  • 1 cdita. vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Cdita. cinnamon
  • 1 PINK (PIQUQUITA!) SAL

1. Mix the soft butter with the two types of sugar.

2. Add the egg and integrate.

3. Add the essence of vanilla, cinnamon and flour. A paste will remain.

4. Finally incorporate chocolate and stir chips.

5. Put from teaspoons in an oven source, well separated, because they will grow. The source is not necessary to enroll it. Nor is it necessary to shape cookies.

6. Bake about 15 minutes over a minimum heat. When we take them out they will be soft but when cooling hard. These chocolate chips are very airy and super crispy ... They are addictive!

I made them and then read comments. I agree that you have to put only half a cup of white sugar. They are very sweet. I had no black sugar.
