For 10 mini hamburgers
- 1/2 kg of minced meat
- 150g. of blue cheese
- 2 tbsp. of breadcrumbs
- 1 fat bacon feta
- Salt and pepper

modus operandi
- The first thing we are going to do is chop the bacon very well minced, if they like it they can put it bigger, but not much. We are going to mix it with minced meat. Join everything with your hands (remember the rings!)
- Now we are going to add salt and pepper, and finally the breadcrumbs. We put hand again to mix everything well.
- Finally, we incorporate blue cheese into pieces. The idea is to undo it but not so much, that there are small pieces. Mix well to be distributed evenly.
- We are going to shape the mini hamburgers: we make balls, crush them by hand, remember to emprolize the edges.
- To cook them, we are going to heat a iron and cook them about 4 minutes on each side, until they look good golden!
