Oh boy how I get up to Archi like this recipe. Bifes to the Portuguese .   • 2 fine churrascos (in my case, square)

  • 1 girl carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 piece of red bell
  • 1 piece of green bell
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 can of peas (they can be of can)
  • 1/2 cup of puree of tomatoes
  • 1/2 broth cup
  • Salt, pepper and oil.

1. Cut the onion and throbbing in thin strips, chopped garlic, thin slices and potatoes in thick slices, more or less than 1.5 centimeters. It is important that the potatoes are not very fine so that they do not get rid of and your bifes to the Portuguese get perfect.

2. Cut the bifes into medium pieces and salt and pepper. You can put whole but I do so so that they can stir during cooking.

3. Place, in this order, layers of ingredients inside a deep pot: a splash of oil, onions and bullshit, potatoes, carrots, a first layer of meat. Repeat until all layers. The last layer on bifes must have onions and bullshit, without potatoes or carrots. On this we will put the tomato peeled and chopped, the chopped garlic and the puree of tomatoes. The tomato is above all since as it will start quite liquid, the idea is to hydrate everything underneath.

4. On this mountain of rich foods, we will put the broth, adding it on the sides so that the tomato does not move much.

5. We cover and take over high heat until it boils. Then we go down at least and cook for a half hour or until the potato is tender. Stir from time to time, care not to break the potatoes.

6. 5 minutes before removing, add the peas. If you put fresh peas, you add them to the beginning, with everything.

7. Remove your bifes to the Portuguese of the fire and let stand for about 10 minutes, you will see how pretty the thing gets. Serve, enjoy and make a nap.
