In this program ... well ... a pose that we do not understand.
Bueeeeno boys. Let's say we have to get off a little from Locro and Osobuco's empanadas because we don't get to summer. Today Paulina brings us some milanesas of very simple chickpeas and ideals to eat any day of the week.
Healthy, healthy. I leave you with the recipe (and with Paulina's review below), you will love.
Enjoy the video!
Until next time!

Milanese recipe or chickpea hamburgers
How about friends, here Paulina. They would be surprised if I tell you how much, how much I like these milanesas of chickpeas. I do them years ago, since I lived alone there for my twenty -one.
They are super simple to do (they will see it in the video) but above all delicious. Various clarifications, as always. Namely:
- If you do not like rebozadas, you do not like milanesas or do not want to add breadcrumbs, you can make them hamburgers, grilled or in a pan with a spinning oil.
- On the contrary, if you do not want/have oatmeal to put on, you can replace the oatmeal with breadcrumbs, without problem.
- Do not skip your egg. As a story in the video, in these hamburgers/milanesas of chickpeas, the dough seems super friendly and moldable but if you do not put egg they disarm during cooking. It happened to me.
- Freezar: freeze the milanesas of chickpeas already made or formed (without cooking). For me better in this second way. To cook after frozen take out and put in the oven directly.
- Vegetables: You can put the vegetable that my love sings to you, invent!
- Condiments: I recommend you add curry to the dough. I didn't do it because children. You can also try other condiments.
- You can ignore the black sesame, put white sesame or other seed to your liking.
Ingredients
For about 6-8 Milanese
- 1 cup or can of chickpeas
- 2 Green onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 piece of red bell
- Chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Sesame seeds
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
So far easy. They are in the freezer ... Then I tell you how they came out.
Instead of breadcrumbs I put him polenta ... Tuki. Impeccable.
I always do them and they are spectacular !!
Pauli we love you?
I just made them let's see if I was good ... obviously I listened to you and add things (vegetables) the next one I would like to see mile of beans
They are very rich !! First time doing them, and I'm sure I'm going to repeat them, it's great!
Can the oatmeal x almond flour?
Is there celiac option? Without tacc? Or is the chickpea either is it suitable?
You can supplant the egg with 1/2 tablespoon of chia in 1/4 glass of revolves water, rest 15 min in refrigerator and is thick. Ready. You have seeds and link.

You are a genius, Paulina.
Greetings from Indiana, USA.
Good, how are you? For those who do not consume egg, they can supplant by linen. Two tablespoons of linen for a little water.

spectacular !!! I did them and they are the most! Your recipes are the most of the most! My grateful children !!
Hi Pau! A question ... I want to wear fresh chickpeas .. do I have to boil them before?
A kiss and thanks
To avoid the use of eggs, the chickpeas are processed (if they wear fresh chickpeas, you have to be soaked 12 hours and then boil them until they tender) with the condiments and vegetables that they like the most, they add some water and flour to form a dough that can be manipulated, form the hamburger and boil them in water a few minutes until they float, they let them cool, they let them cool, they let it be List to Point 🙂
