For 6 hamburgers

  • 3 cups of cooked black beans
  • 6 dry tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion girl
  • 1 parsley bunch

  • Cooking oil and aceto to soak the tomatoes

  5. Form the hamburgers shaping it by hand.
  6. Cook in a very hot plate with a spinner of oil, until they are golden sides.

I have a single suggestion to make this recipe, and that I already tried it personally and is spectacular .
With the beans already boiled and cooked, dry them well and send them to the oven on a plate until they are well dry and crispy. Yes, the idea is that there are sequitos. Once they are well crispy, put them in the processor and process them until they get rid of a little, but not at all. There is to be a bean flour, just process them a little, and if there are half -whole pieces, better. Finish mixing everything with hydrated dry tomatoes, condiments, parsley, etc. That is all the same. And, to that mixture, also add a bit of crumbled Roquefort cheese. Now, let stand in refrigerator, then shapes the patty and make them grilled or in the oven.
The difference? You have a super crispy and super delicious patty. Take the test when you feel and you will see the huge difference that makes the beans dry in the oven before! = D
