About this broccoli pudin and microwave cheese
They are a kind of flanks, with very soft and tasty flavor. They are made in the blink of an eye and are ideal to accompany, for example, grilled chicken breasts or baked fish. I made them in small molds but you can make a unique broccoli pudin, in a large mold.
Ingredients
For 4 small Budines
- 1 cup of boiled broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 1 piece of fresh butter cheese
- 1 piece of roquefort cheese (optional)
- 1 CDA. of cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. milk cream
- Vegetable butter or dew
- Sesame seeds
- Salt, pepper
Broccoli Buddine and Microwave Cheese Recipe
So easy are
1) Process the broccoli already boiled until a smooth paste.
2) Mix this paste with the cheeses cut into pieces, cream and cream cheese . Beat the egg apart.
3) Mix everything well with the beaten egg There will be a thick paste.
4) Spread small molds (they can be cupcakes) with butter or dew. Fill each mold with the mixture.
5) Take to microwave, average or minimum power, about 8 minutes or until the egg is curdled.
6) Serve raining sesame seeds.
