Chamoy Salsa Recipe
Yields : 1 cup and a half sauce
Preparation time : 45 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of prayers without carozo
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen mangoes
- 2 dried tree peppers
- 1/4 sugar cup
- 1/4 cup of apple vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 salt teaspoon
- Water (to adjust the consistency)
How to make chamoy sauce
- In a small saucepan, place raisins and dried tree peels. Cover with water, bring to boil and cook 10-15 minutes.
- Drain them and place them in a blender along with chopped mangoes, sugar, apple vinegar, lemon juice and salt.
- Mix until you get a soft and homogeneous mixture. If it is too thick, add some water to adjust the consistency.
