It is not easy to think of easy recipes and economic recipes. But this dish earns gold in both categories. Chicken wings are a cheap meal to which a lot of benefit can be taken.
In this case, Paulina prepared a marinade to macerate chicken wings for a while and be well tasty.
These chicken wings are baked, so in addition to being an easy meal, they are healthy. They are crispy on the outside and very delicious inside, so much so that you do not have to add dressings!

Chicken wings recipe with rice
Ingredients
For 2 people
- 1 kg of chicken wings
- 400 gr rice yamaní cooked
- 1 tomato
- 2 onions
- 1 belling
- 3 garlic
- salt
- pepper
- soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mascabo
- olive oil
- sugar
- 1 bread
Step by step to make a super economical
- We chop two garlic cloves and take them to a bowl. We add soy sauce and mascabo, salt and pepper and lemon juice sugar. We stir until the sugar is well dissolved. If they use honey, they can take it about 20 minutes to the microwave to dissolve well.
- In a wave fountain we place our well -tidy chicken wings, and bathe them in the preparation or marinade we just made. We are going to leave macery between half an hour and an hour. Always in the refrigerator!
- To accompany these chicken wings, we are going to make some abrupt ones. For that we cut the tomato into not very large bits and the morron into pieces of about 2cm side, and chop another garlic clove.
- We take a pot to the fire with oil, add the garlic and the bell on, add salt and leave it until the meor is soft. We now put the tomato, lower the heat and let it cook covered. It is important that we stir it every so often! When it is well cooked, we take it out of the fire and serve it on slices of toasted bread.
- After the time of marination, we are going to wear chicken wings to a strong (maximum) oven until they are well golden.
- Now we are going to caramelize the onions. We are going to cut them into hoops, that is, we first cut it in half, and we cut it vertically more or less finite. To caramelize onion it is key that we first take it to a pot to the low heat without anything else. Neither oil, nor salt, nor sugar. We are going to stir until golden brown and have detached natural sugar. Now if we can add olive and salt oil, we revolve, add the sugar and leave a few more minutes.
- When we have all the parts ready, we are going to assemble the plate with the rice in the center, the wings with the sauce on the sides and the caramelized onions on top.
