Cauliflower puree: healthy recipes for children

cauliflower pure healthy recipes for children

Do your children eat cauliflower? Are you really? Are you fucking me? Well, they will love this cauliflower puree, one of the healthy recipes for children that most accept my children.

Because? Because cauliflower puree resembles potato puree . I am going to tell the hippies lords: I would love that my children eat vegetables, really. In fact, I obsess a little with healthy recipes for children , especially with leafy vegetables. It would be a dream to have some children who say mhhh, mommy, spinach cake, Iupi!

It is not the case, friends. Not even the case. My children see a vegetable and run away. And I know that it would be ideal to teach them to eat cauliflower as cauliflower and not as "puree", like this. But how things come my only way out is camouflage.

And I tell you, I'm becoming an expert. This, of course, thanks to my link with the dear Food Pluggers. They already know: that group of divine Republicans who elaborate strategies for children to eat healthy.

The cauliflower puree recipe that I bring to me today was Mona (that's the name of, Mona). It is a mother who joined the group last time. It is a hairdresser. They say that he cut his hair to the leader and that he has something with him but I make deaf ears. Food Pluggers are very gossip. Melanie Tork says she is among us just because she has influences since she takes care of Donald Trump's hair. I don't believe him.

Anyway, Mona's cauliflower puree loved my children. And to the rest of the Food Pluggers, one of the healthy recipes for children who were most successful since it is very simple to prepare.

Hopefully you like you too! I LEAVE YOU VIDEO 😉

Ingredients

For 2 portions

  • 1 medium potato
  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 1/2 CDA. of butter
  • 1 jet of milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: nutmeg

Step by step cauliflower recipe

This is how Mona does

  1. Separate the cauliflower in "trees" and wash it. Peel the potato.
  2. Boil them in a pot with water until the potato is ready. The cauliflower should be very soft, so it will be well integrated into the puree.
  3. Strain the potatoes and cauliflower and crush immediately.
  4. Add the butter, salt and pepper. Continue crushing until the butter melts.
  5. Add the milk jet and join well. In the end, you can put a dash of olive oil on top. Ready! You already have one of the healthy recipes for children more results that you will know.

I forgot to take a picture of my cauliflower puree before eating it! I took the photo of this post .

Try gold cauliflower with garlic. (First boil it)
My children from babies gave vegetables and fruits. With the eggplants, he boiled them after the usual salt, and made a pizza background, with tomato sauce and muzzarela, and baked! I called her "the false pizza" but they didn't know what it was, and they loved them and asked for it! They were2,3 and 4 years old. Now they devour them in pickle.

What a good idea your cauliflower puree! I have 68 but with some vegetables I remain in a child state. The cauliflower puree that I invented is mixing it, instead of potatoes, with comprehensive rice, very mixed in hot and is delicious!

Hello Paulina !!! My children are from another planet, the vegetables are fed up and I think that since they were in my belly, but here that my grandson, (son of my eldest son, the most fans of the cauliflower and the spinach) do not like it, he sees them and believes that they are the cuckoo, with 9 years it is already a lost case, but I will pass the recipe to my daughter -in -law and we will see what face it puts!

Well, finally I could do the chipas of the fat, multiply the recipe x 3 that was the cassava starch that I had, I tell you a lot more laborious than as I do, I suppose that with a kneader they would be quite simple, I finished kneading this I stay like when we cooked the switch to paste the kite ………. Time, until I returned to normal and I could cook them, the dough was no longer as firm, so as for my consumption, I took an empty milk sacks and use it as a manga that you will see in the photo, the dough as it was cooked in a strong oven, it extended towards increasing its diameters but not its height, there is one thing that is left over to the line “Fat matter” I made 480 grs. It corresponded 190 cm3 of oil, I would take it a maximum of 100 cm3 and replace those 90 cm3 with milk, we are always talking about the original recipe x 3, I think that I have not cooked it at the time changing the result but what to do, my house is a church, always with people, ask me everything you want if there is any doubt ……….
