He also recognizes that it is very basic and makes a grimace that we do not know if he entertains us or gives us a bit of fear ... in short.

Anyway, enjoy the video!

About these Velvet pancakes

How about friends, here Paulina. They are going to love this panqueque recipe, especially since in addition to Rica it is very striking and colorful to take somewhere when it touches. A simple dessert but of those to make a face. Remember that you can also prepare the recipe for traditional pancakes (which in Argentina we normally eat with dulce de leche, but could be with apple, etc)

Some things: how to make pancakes or crepes I will make a video soon, with all the secrets, so I reserve annotations for that post.

You can do any type of pancakes in this way: both beets and spinach , chard , pumpkin or whatever you can think of coloring. If you do salty pancakes, well, do not put the sugar and add a pinch of salt. The only important thing is to respect the proportions.

Paulina, Paulina, are you liked with beet these pancakes Red Velvet?: No, mamuna. They are pleased with pancakes.

So they are made

  1. Prepare processed beets. As I showed in the video I made them in Soupmaker of Philips, which saves me a step (and the washing of some pot ...) because it cooks them and processes them at the same time. If you don't have Soupmaker, you simply boil the beets until they are tender and process them with blender or mixer until they are fine.
  2. Beat 2 eggs.
  3. Complete the half cup of beet processed with half a cup of milk, to form a complete cup.
  4. Add this to eggs and join well.
  5. Incorporate the CDA. of sugar, the essence of vanilla and 4 cdas. of flour. Mix well with a whipper.
  6. Add 2 Ties. More flour and set the point: you must be able to draw with the mixture on the surface and last for a few seconds.
  7. Make the pancakes: place 1 piece of butter in a pan over low heat and turn a tablespoon of the mixture, spreading it to cover the entire surface. Turn when cooked on one side to cook the other. Go reserve the pancakes on a plate.
  8. For filling, mixing sweet milk with melted chocolate, no matter if it is well mixed, it can be veiled.
  9. Fill each pancake with a little of the mixture and some chopped nuts if you want. Go placing them in a well -neat source.
  10. Sprinkle the pancakes with impalpable sugar and finish with a little melted chocolate above. Ready! You already have a simple and colorful dessert ready to carry.
