How to make fried eggs
With oil:
1- Put a pan to the fire and add a stream of oil. The amount of oil will vary depending on the results they want to obtain. An option is to use a lot of oil, if we opt for this, what will happen is that the egg yolk will be completely covered by the white. The other option is to use a generous oil stream, covering the bottom of the pan but not much more. This will have the egg yolk well in sight.
2- Let the oil heat well, and once it is time to break the egg. Do not do it on the edge of the pan! This is important, but more than anything for a matter of security. We are working with a satén with boiling oil, it is not convenient to hit it or make too much movement with it in that state. Of this same order it is the following tip: when they break the egg, come as close as can be of the pan (without burning, obvious) thus does not splash the hot oil.
3- Although they have put little oil, if you want the covered yolk they can throw some oil with a spoon on it to cook well around them.
Important: Never cover the pan! Neither with the fried egg nor with any other frying. This will generate water condensation on the lid and go dripping water in the hot oil and will start jumping hot liquid for all sides, grooves, death and destruction.
4- Once they see that the edges of the egg are golden brown, remove it from the oil with great care and deposit it on a plate and ready! They have the perfect fried egg!
Change oil without oil
1- We put a pan on the fire and add a measure of two water fingers.
2- We add a splash of salt and hope it is very hot, to boil.
3- Moment of putting our egg. Same indications that with the egg with oil, be careful, do not move the pan or break the egg on the edge. Also make sure not to turn it in the water from a very high so that it does not splash.
4- This time if we are going to cover the pan for our egg to cook better. In this case there is no problem since there is no mixture of water with oil. They are looking at it and if they want the yolk to be covered by the clear one, they can do exactly the same as with oil: with a spoon they are throwing water on the top fata that is cooked.
5- Once ready, they remove it, preferably with a spatula and very careful and ready! Beautiful, healthy, rich egg.
