Welcome to this edition of Paulina Kitchen to eat healthy all week cooking only one day! This meal prep is not one of those easy meal that makes them make and that pass without penalty or glory.

This is a meal prep with steroids, king of the Meal Preps. Because it is a meal prep for the whole week. Here are illustrative video and link to subscribe to my channel if they wish

About this meal prep to eat healthy all week

Well, this 1000Prep is like this: in a single day you can cook to eat healthy all week. Recipes with chicken, with vegetables, with quinoa , and with tremendous sauces, because it is not a matter of feeling that we are eating from trays on a micro -to -to -calamuchita trip.

The best thing about organizing the food of the week, is that you make sure that you will not end up eating any because it would be due to lack of time, and that you will be able to build recipes to lose weight, or if you are not looking to lose weight, healthy recipes.

Eating healthy in the week of someone who lives in the city of here seems like a utopia, but I swear for the potato that with this meal prep is possible.

The idea is that you combine the preparations that we are going to do in the way you like and always have some ingredient of each group to achieve a balanced and complete dish. So give up to build healthy dishes with this meal prep of food to save in the refrigerator, which will change their ice cream makers as we know them.

Purchase list to eat healthy all week:

They are a good amount of things

  • Carrots (the ones you want)
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 1 Papa girl
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 Colorado cabbage
  • 1 lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 beets
  • 1 eggplant
  • Garlic
  • Cream cheese
  • Lemon
  • Coriander or parsley
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 can chickpea
  • 200g. quinoa
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2kg sweet potato
  • 200g. Yamaní rice
  • Parmesan cheese
  • squash seeds
  • peanut
  • Condiments: mustard, salt, pepper, curry, spicy paprika, turmeric, oil.

Cook only 1 day and eat healthy all week:

We are going to divide all the food into 5 groups:

Vegetable cooking

  1. We chop the zucchini , the potato and the onion and put it with a stream of oil to the fire. Once golden brown, we throw water to cover the ingredients. We salt and pepper and cover. They let her boil for a while and once they see that the water is sluggish, we remove it from the heat, add some mustard and process it. Thus we just have a beautiful Zucchini soup that we can store in the refrigerator, for example, in a glass bottle or the container they want.
  2. The carrot is only going to grate it and place it in a container with a lid to save and eat in combination with whatever they want!
  3. Cabbage : We are going to get the most fecholy leaves and we will cut it into very fine strips. We put it in a bowl and add a teaspoon of salt and right there we will start kneading it. Just as they read, with their hands. Little by little we will see that he is leaving juice and getting soft and transparent. There we stop kneading and we take it to a container to save and have it ready. This is the beginning of a Chucrut, but we are not going to take it thoroughly.
  4. Leugue : We wash it, separate the leaves and keep it. How do we keep it? Leaf sheet on a tupper with a napkin below and another before closing the lid. If they have many sheets they can put some napkins in the middle.
  5. the beet and cut well finely in slices. Thus raw, we keep them in a tupper with some pork drizzles that will soften and macerate them. They are very very rich.
  6. Tomatoes : We are going to wash them and save and nothing else. To be ready when we want!

Preparation of sauces

  1. We are going to put the eggplant in this whole about one of the kitchen bools. Thus, direct in the fire. We are going to let it burn (what is burned is the peel but not the interior). They are going to turn until it is good on the outside and they take it out. Be careful not to burn, they will take away the skin (it comes out very easy) and with a fork they are treading and taking out all the water they can.
    To the remaining pulp, they add a clove of garlic, a jet of lemon juice, a tablespoon of cream cheese, salt and process it until a paste is left. They put it in a tuppercito, with a pinch of paprika on top and have a Smoked eggplant list that do not know what it is!
  2. Gallo peak sauce : We chop a very small tomato, also an onion and a garlic. We place in a container and add a pinch of coriander or parsley, a lemon juice jet and a jet of olive oil and voila. They cover it with film paper and keep it to have when they want.
  3. Curry vinaigrette : In a bottle with lid we put: a pinch of curri, dehydrated garlic, pepper, salt, a vinegar jet, one of sunflower oil and one of olive oil. We cover the bottle and beat well until everything is integrated.

Now proteins

  1. We troze the chicken , we put salt, pepper and turmeric. We mix it well and take it to the pan with a splash of oil until it is well cooked. We keep it ready in a Tupper.
  2. We empty the can of chickpeas in a bowl and add a little chopped garlic, salt, pepper and paprika. A splash of olive oil and is already to save and have at hand.
  3. quinoa well , we boil it in a pot covered with water until it is inflated. They take it out and it is already to save and have a list.
  4. Egg noodles : Mix in the bowl 3 eggs with half a cup of milk. We are going to cook in a pan this mixture of parts to do as if they were very well -finite pancakes. When we have all me up, we are going to rolles and cut horizontally so that we can add to the salads we want.

And finally the hydrates

  1. We peel , boil and nothing more. Cooked in a tupper and ready to eat.
  2. The Yamaní rice will be soaked for a good time (if you can do it all night) and then, just as it is with the water, we throw a pinch of salt and process it well. This mixture is to take to the fire in a pan and build some rice tortillitas that are great!

I recommend that you keep the mixture thus raw in a bottle or bottle and take it out and cook when they want to eat them!

The detail: crispy

  1. Pumpkin seeds : we keep them and we have ready to add to what we want
  2. Mani : The same!
  3. Parmesan cheese : We are going to place it forming some circles in a pan on the fire until it is cooked a bit and put golden brown. We turn them for them to do it on both sides and turn off the pan. To remove them with the spatula, we hope they cool and put crispy. They are great to add to anything!
