Yield : 1 portion
Preparation time : approximately 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of freshly prepared espresso (approximately 30 ml)
- 1 cup of milk (approximately 240 ml)
- Sugar to taste
- Spices to taste
Step by step
- Use an espresso machine or a coffee maker to prepare a strong espresso. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over low heat. Do not take it to a boil, warm up avoiding cream.
- Create milk foam using a vaporizer or heat a small amount of milk (30 ml) in the microwave and then beat vigorously until foam is formed.
- Pour the hot espresso into a cup and then add the hot milk. Sweeten to taste and sprinkle cocoa powder, cinnamon or nutmeg above.
- Add the milk foam to the top of the cup. Serve hot.
