  • Cut 200 gr. of veal meat or chicken in small squares. Spice this with salt and pepper and take a hot pan with oil at the base to brown. At the end, reserve it.
  • Meanwhile, we prepare a white rice and reserve.
  • On the other hand, cut 1 onion and 2 carrots in squares, also chop 1 cup of beans or beans. Take all this to the fire and fry for 10 minutes over medium heat. 
  • Then we put the golden meat again in the pot, we add some water while stirring to mix everything well. 
  • From now on we leave this over medium or low heat, until the meat is tender. After 20 minutes we add curry sauce and continue cooking. In an hour /hour and a half it will be ready.
  • To summon we join the meat with the vegetables and add this stew above the rice.

Vegan Curry Sauce

Making this sauce in vegan format is a delight.

  • First we boil the potatoes already cut into cubes.
  • On the other hand we put oil in a pot and above the onion. We cook this over medium heat until brown. We add a chopped garlic and grated ginger, stirring cook a few more minutes.
  • We condiment with curry, sugar, cumin, black pepper and salt. We add coconut milk and tomatoes, cooking continues for 15 minutes over medium heat. After the time we remove it from the heat and crush it a bit with a fork or minipimer. 
  • In the end we add the chickpeas and potatoes. Ready, curry vegan very quickly.

  • Virgin olive oil.
  • Green onion.
  • 2 tablespoons of curry.
  • 250 gr. of milk cream.

  • Salt.

How to make your life curry sauce

  1. Place a pan on the fire to be hot before starting. On the base, have a little olive oil and a tablespoon of butter.
  2. Chop the stem of the onion of green and add to the fire until browning. Now a pinch of salt, pepper and milk cream is added. Remove while it is reduced.
  3. Finally add the curry and remove for 5 more minutes.
