Conservation of Moscow cookies

The time they are preserved depends on several factors, such as the ingredients used, storage and environmental conditions. If they are stored in a cool and dry place, in a hermetic or waxed paper container to avoid moisture, they can keep in good condition several weeks, even months.

However, with time, quality and taste can deteriorate, and it is possible that the crunchy texture of the base becomes less satisfactory. To fully enjoy the taste and texture, it is advisable to consume them shortly.

What makes Moscow so original?

One of its most distinctive characteristics is the combination of textures. The crispy base and the soft and melted chocolate layer create a unique flavor experience that attracts lovers in sweets.

Although the basic recipe includes a cookie or almond base and a layer of chocolate can vary in additional ingredients. Some versions can incorporate chopped nuts, caramel pieces, dry fruits or even local ingredients that reflect the creativity of the pastries.

What is its flavor?

The experience of eating a moscovita not only involves taste, but also smell, sight and texture when bite. This sensory combination is part of what makes them so appreciated.

Although traditional moscovitas are still very popular, the pastries and chocolaters often experiment with different variations and flavors, creating unique and modern versions of this sweet classic.
