  • 1 vegetable broth cube
  • 1/2 cup of hot water
  • 1/4 cup of dry white wine
  • 100 cc of milk cream

How to make mushroom chicken step by step

  1. Salpimentar the breasts and brown them in a hot pan with a little oil.
  2. Once golden, book the dams in a separate container and discard excess oil without washing the pan. 
  3. Add the butter to the pan where the chicken was browned, chop the onion and add it. Cook this over medium heat scraping the cooking bottom with a wooden spoon to incorporate it into the sauce.
  4. Disarm the broth cube in a little hot water and add it to the pan. 
  5. When the onions begin to transparent, incorporate the mushrooms. Cover, lower the heat and cook a few more minutes. 
  6. Add the supreme, wine and cream stirring constantly. Cook 5 minutes until the salsa thickens and reduces. If you want more consistency to add a CDA. of flour or cornstarch and continue stirring.
  7. Rectify salt and serve chicken with all the sauce.

Very good recipe! What I do not explain is as if it is done with the chicken breast in the photo is seen a leg. As for the mushrooms I also tested them before and after washing them and the weight was the same

Thank you! It was super good! The breasts, so that they are well cooked, I cut them into large strips. I turned them back and back at the bottom of the pot until they are golden. I accompanied with boiled carrots (in strips), sauteed with mustard sauce + honey + splash of vinegar.
