  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 200g cooked ham, cut into small cubes
  • 200 g sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of milk cream
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of meat extract
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese 

How to make Caruso sauce step by step

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
