- 2 cups of white rice (preferably short grain)
- 250 g of pork (ribs or pork rinds)
- 2 Colombian sausages, sliced
- 50 g of bacon (bacon)
- 4 cups of water or broth
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh coriander
- Cooking vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of complete seasoning (optional)
- 1 MATURE FRIED PLATINA (Optional)
- 50 g of sweet corn
- 1 chopped red paprika
- 1 chopped green paprika
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- 2 chopped long onion groves
Ingredients for salsa (Hagao):
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped in small cubes
- 1 large white onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make paisa rice step by step
- Wash the rice well until the water comes out clear to remove excess starch.
- In a large pot he heat a little oil, add pork and cook for a few minutes. Add the sausages and the bacon and cook until they are brown. Remove excess fat if necessary.
