Chiles are soaked, break down and cooked with garlic, onion and spices in hot water. Then, they are liquefied to get a soft and tasty sauce.
  • Marinated shrimp: Fresh shrimp peel and break down, leaving the tail intact for better handling. Then, they are marinated in the salsa enchilada for a period of time to absorb flavors.
  • Cook: marinated shrimp can be cooked in several ways, such as grilled, grilled or fry in a pan with a little oil. The goal is to cook them until they are tender and slightly golden.
  • Taco assembly: enchilad shrimp are served in hot corn or flour tortillas. You can add different complementary ingredients such as cholled or cabbage, fresh coriander, onion, avocado or guacamole and lemon drops to add a touch of acidity.

Ingredients

  • 500 gr of fresh shrimp, peeled and uncomfortable
  • 2 medium, chopped tomatoes
  • 1 mature avocado (avocado), cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of corn (corn) cooked
  • 1 chili (pepper) green or red, chopped
  • 2 onions of green (onion), chopped
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Corn or flour tortillas

How to make shrimp tacos

  1. In a bowl mix the shrimp with the lemon and salt juice. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a little olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook them for approximately 3-4 minutes, until they are pink and well cooked. Remove and book.
  3. In the same pan add a little more olive oil and sauté the tomatoes, choclo, chili and green onion for a few minutes until they are tender but crispy. Season to taste.
  4. Heat the tortillas in a pan. Build the tacos by placing in each tortilla a port of cooked shrimp hot plus the mixture of tomato, corn, chili, green and avocado cubes. Repeat the process until everyone is armed.
