Welcome to Paulina Cocina! Today, in our sugar-free recipes section, we're featuring a delicious fruit tart! Eating sugar-free doesn't have to mean eating without flavor! There are many ways to add flavor to your meals!
If for some reason you can't eat sugar, or want to cut it out of your diet for a while, or simply want to bake something delicious and low in calories, this fruit tart recipe is for you! It's also a super easy fruit tart; you don't even have to make the dough; store-bought dough turns out great! It takes no time to put it together, put it in the oven, and cook it while you prepare the mate and wait for someone to share a delicious snack!
If you want to make more sugar-free recipes, I'm leaving you a sugar-free chocolate volcano and some whole wheat banana muffins !

about this sugar-free fruit cake
Because of the time of year, we made the fruit tart with apple, but it can also be made with pear. I recommend looking for a greenish pear. If it's too ripe, it will break down during cooking and end up like a puree.
Another delicious option is to make it with peaches; it can be peaches in sugar-free syrup, or fresh peaches.
I recommend using puff pastry for your tart, as this will make your fruit tart crispier, and the combination of that and the tender fruit is insane!
Greetings and until next

Sugar-free fruit tart recipe
ideal for mate!
- The first thing we're going to do is peel and slice the apples (you can also slice pears!). Set them aside.
- Now let's prepare the dough. It's important to have it at room temperature so we can handle it better. Let's stretch it a little with our hands, making the disc it comes in more of a rectangle.
- When the dough is roughly shaped, place the apples in the center of the dough, leaving plenty of room on each side. Brush them with the sugar-free jam and sprinkle them with the Hileret Zucca sweetener.
- On the sides of the dough that were left over, we'll make some cuts to create strips. You can do this with a knife or scissors. First, we close the top and bottom, covering the apples with the edges of the dough. Then we braid the strips we had on the sides.
- Bake in a low-to-moderate oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking. The purpose of baking is to soften the apples and make the pastry crispy. When it's golden brown, remove it and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. A delight for tea time!
Hi! I have a question: What flavor of jam did you use with the apple jam? Thanks!
