Welcome to Paulina Kitchen! Today I bring you the first of a large series of homemade flavored waters: Ananá juice

If we think of the summer, there are two flavors and smells that we have crushed by force of products: coconut and ananá.

Among the sunscreens, cocoa butter, you go down to the beach and feel that mixture of sweet odors that confirm that it is summer.

The taste of Ananá will always tell us that the leg, shortcitos, short, short, polleras, dresses, whatever it is to release the prawns that spent the whole year trapped between pants and medibacas.

The legs fried by the sun come out, to the street to bambolear so much whiteness from one side to the other, with perhaps some hairs, to stick in the seats of the groups, to circulate on the bicycles.

And one already knows that the strong heat is approaching, the perforating sun, the leaflet that becomes fan.

And in summer more than at any other time of the year it is important to hydrate. But let's be honest, drinking water all day is super healthy, but quite boring.

Before going to the soda that can fill us with sugar and leave us even more thirsty, we can try the flavored waters.

This fashion of flavored waters is already a couple of years, and no, the Lord "Water Brand" did not invented. They are an ancient way to hydrate and also consume all the good of the fruit.

About these flavored waters

No, it is not a juice in envelope, I don't know where you got that idea, this Ananá juice is 100% fruit mamu! very natural!

It is great to hydrate in a healthy, nutritious and natural way.

They can put sugar or not, that already depends on you and the Ananá you get. I recommend doing it first and then checking if more sugar is necessary, to avoid consuming more.

And I know they are going to see the celery and they are going to get on the hair, but it is 2019, we already know that there are no exclusively sweet or salty fruits and vegetables.

The celery has no gender and if you want it goes in a flavored water, and if you want it goes in a cold beet borsch . (I know them)

If they are lovers of flavored waters, this Ananá juice will love it!

Enjoy summer!

Greetings and until next

Ananá juice recipe

We love the flavored waters

  1. Peel and cut the ananá into cubes. It is important that you take out the fibrous part of the medium, to prevent everything from being very heavy.
  2. Cut a couple of lemon slices and picá the celery in pieces. I linked everything with Ananá and Machacalo in a mortar. You can also do it in a bowl.
  3. Colocá at the bottom of a jug the mixture, add the ice and complete with water to the top. Take the refrigerator and let stand about 15 minutes before serving.

This jug gives me life

A super fresh flavoring water!
