Rice torch recipe
Ingredients (what you get in your refrigerator)
- 2 cups of cooked integral rice.
- ¾ Cup of grated carrot.
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste.
- ½ cup of fresh or frozen peas.
- 1 onion.
- ½ small broccoli.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- 1 egg
- Sunflower oil for cooking.
How to make easy rice torches
- Save all chopped vegetables with oil (except grated carrot), add the peas.
- Once cooked add in a bowls with ¾ cup cooked rice and mix well. Add the rest of the rice, the egg, the grated carrot and season to taste.
