In this program… Paulina argues with an inanimate object.
Welcome to the fourth season of videos ! We're kicking off with a double episode: one, one of the lemon desserts ever seen, a super-easy Lemon Posset.
On the other hand, this berry sauce is a wonderful accompaniment to lemon desserts, ice cream, waffles , and even salad dressings (yes, yes, that's what Paulina says). This berry sauce is very easy to make and only requires berries, sugar, and water.
The amount of sugar will depend on how sweet . Ideally, the sweetness shouldn't overpower the acidic flavor of the berries, leaving a subtle aftertaste. In the video, Paulina uses it to top a cherry and yogurt ice cream (as well as for the Lemon Posset), but as I said, it can be used in a variety of ways.
Now, I'll leave you with the red fruit sauce video, and I'll say goodbye until next week.
Until next time!

Ingredients
I chose fresh fruits
- Red fruits of your choice
- Sugar
- Water
Red fruit sauce recipe
very easy, mamucha
1. Place the berries in a pot over medium heat with a little water, not too much as the berries will release water during cooking.
2. Add the sugar and stir until combined.
3. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring, until the desired consistency is reached.
Important!
You should know that the sauce will thicken a little more once it's cold, so it's important to remove it a little before reaching the desired consistency. If you want it very thin, remove it very thin. If you want it thick, remove it slightly thin. As you'll see, I'm using very precise culinary terms.
4. Remove from heat and let cool.

I loved the lemon posset!!!!!!!
Wonderful!!! I added a touch of cognac instead of water; it was delicious!!!
Can I replace sugar with stevia?
Paulina, could you please provide the amounts? 🙂
Paulina! Can this be made with frozen berries?
