This hake recipe for Roquefort was the one I chose for my second program. It is a dish that I often do, so I explain: the hake to Roquefort is made "alone" in the oven, while I do something else. Ingredients
For 2 portions
- 2 Gorditos hake fillets
- 2 medium potatoes
- 100 g. of Roquefort cheese
- 150g. milk cream
- 50g. of butter
- salt
- pepper
Recipe for Roquefort
It becomes alone
- Peel and cut the sliced potatoes and place them at the bottom of an oven source. Add salt and pepper.
- Salpimentar the hake fillets (it can also be done with abadejo or other fish -sin skin-) and place them on the potatoes.
- Cut the roquefort into fine sheets.
- Put on each fillet a little piece of Roquefort and a piece of butter.
- Bring to moderate oven about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and throw the cream of milk on top. Back to the oven about 5 more minutes.

It depends on the thickness in which the slices of the potato cut. If they are moderately fine in 20 minutes of oven they cook well

Carlos, Paulina, the cooking time for the potatoes is very short ... You say 10 minutes ,,,, The recipe says 20 minutes ,,,,, I left it 30 minutes and the potatoes were raw and hard… .. I think the potatoes must be pre -cooked to have everything ready with fish.
