About the Puntxaetes

Ingredients

very simple

  • 1kg. of beef liver
  • 1kg. of potatoes
  • Parsley
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Oil and salt

This is what the ISA did

1) Cut the liver and potatoes into 3 × 3 pieces.

2) Fry the potatoes in abundant hot oil with an entire garlic clove.

3) Chop the garlic and parsley in the mortar.

4) about 5 minutes before the potatoes are ready, remove oil from the pot and throw the liver and chopped garlic and parsley cubes.

5) When the liver is ready (about 5 min. More), prick a potato cube and one of liver with a stick, place in a fountain, salt and serve.
