It is one of the Valencian recipes that I liked the most. Not only because of the taste that the cooked hake takes in this way but also because it is one of those that one leaves cooking and is going to prepare something else. This hake cruet is a recipe that I adopted and that I usually cook in my house. The photo, in fact, is recently, that I repeated recipe.

- 1/2kg. of hake
- 2 mature tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 large potatoes/potatoes
- 1 can of peas/peas
- Marcales and chopped parsley
- 4 bay leaves
- Sweet paprika
- Dye
- Oil and salt
