Ingredients

  • 4 thin steaks (loin, loin, rump or rump)
  • 2 onions
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 1 cda of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp mustard 
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Capers to taste (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: pak choi, spinach or chard (to add at the end)

How to make mustard steaks step by step

  1. Cut the onions into thin strips. In a pan with a little oil, sauté the onions with a pinch of salt over medium heat until soft and translucent (about 5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
