I already told you in the post " Famous Kitchen Books " that Loren published two books, one in her young years and another in maturity.

This Vitel Toné recipe is in the first book. As almost everyone knows Vitel Toné is a typical dish of the parties in Argentina and the undisputed protagonist of the International Week of Leaves that covers between Christmas and New Year.

  • Sugar
  • Salt and black pepper
