Marbled cagochuelo recipe in 8 steps

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 cup of oil (neutral).
  • 2 cups of flour 0000.
  • 1 cup of sugar.
  • Vanilla essence.
  •  4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.

How to make a marbled cake easy, wet and spongy

  1. Break the eggs and place them in a bowl along with the sugar and we will beat. Crying the mixture (beating) until the color clarifies a little and becomes thick and thus grows.
  2. Once the mixture becomes clear and grow, add the oil and continue beating. The idea is that it is a neutral oil that does not provide a taste too strong to the preparation.
  3. Add some vanilla essence droplets and continue beating and beating. Beat that hit.
  4. Once everything is united, we are going to stop beating and we will add the first cup of flour along with the teaspoon of baking powder, sifting with a cool to avoid lumps in the future. Mix, this time, with a spatula. Once everything was well added add the second cup of flour and repeat the mixing procedure.
  5. Divide the dough into three parts. ⅓ (one third) put it in a bowl and reserve the rest. To the separate third, add the 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  6. It only remains to enmantecar, flour a mold and alternating the two colors inside.
  7. Bake at 180º between 40 and 50 minutes, approximately. Be patients! You have to leave the oven closed until the first 40 minutes pass because otherwise the wonderful creation is in danger of puncturing and that does not have to happen.
  8. Moment of the stick test! After 40 minutes, open the oven and introduce a stick or knife inside the cake, if it leaves dry it means that it is ready and it is time to remove it.

Another important tip: Know that before unmolding marble cake it is very important to let it be formed to run less risk. In turn, we must not let it finish cooling so that the heat does not moisten it.

Good recipe, but too much stretched, very heavy. If they will make it half of the oil. I had to do it again with less oil.

Thanks for the recipe, it is the third time I do it and it is great! Two comments: I put a little less than 1 cup of sugar because I use Colacao and if I don't have too sweet. The other thing is that 3 times I have had to add water because, when I put the flour, I see that the mixture is very dry. It is delicious and is very easy!
