Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of beef (loin or similar), cut into pieces or strips
  • 1 kg of potatoes, cut into canes
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into slices
  • 1 large purple onion, cut into hoops
  • 1 red or green pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 locotos, sliced (can be replaced by 10 g of locot powder)
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • Frying vegetable oil
  • 2 hard eggs, sliced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
