Ingredients
For 4 portions
3 potatoes
3 onions
2 Green onions
1/2 bell pepper
8 small churrascos (or 4 large, matches)
1 vegetable bald
1 glass of wine
Oil, salt and pepper
Churrasque recipe on rustic potatoes
This is done
1. Salpimentar the churrascos and cut: the potatoes in slices of 1 cm., The onions into thick slices, the bell in strips and the onion of green also in slices.
2. In a deep pot, put some oil and accommodate layers of ingredients in the following order: onion, meat (half), potatoes, meat again (the other half), onion, green onion, meoring pepper, potato, potato ... and whatever, above.
3. Condicate with the baldness , quite salt, pepper and take over high heat, covered.
4. When the pot begins to make noise , throw the glass of wine and bring to a minimum heat for 20 minutes.
5. Once that time has passed, turn the churrascos (be careful not to break the potatoes) and take over strong (covered) until the end of cooking (a 1/2 hour more approx.).
