For us, obvious lovers, cream strawberries are the best in the world.
About cream strawberries
Cream strawberries are a typical, simple, rich, economical and very easy to take anywhere (you carry the strawberries, the separate cream and arm it there). I love them very much.
The tip that I give you is very simple and maybe you know but if you don't know it, believe me that the dessert improves a lot, because that garnet almibar is a delight. Enjoy them!
Some recommendations when riding the cream
- If you do it with blender, it will be about 5 minutes.
- If you do it by hand, it is more. It should be put below, outside the bowl, ice cubes that cool the cream. You have to know that it will end up hurting your arm, but do not give up that at some point it goes up.
- If you are in Spain: buy cream to mount, cook will never ride. I tell you from experience.
- And most importantly: when you see that you more or less get to the consistency you like (for example, that when you turn a cream with cream does not fall or fall very slowly), stop beating. If you continue, it will be cut and you will cry.

For 4 portions
- 1/2 kg. of strawberries
- 250g. milk cream
- 3 tbsp. of sugar
How to make strawberries with cream
richer than those of your sister -in -law
1) The first thing is to wash the strawberries and cut them into rooms if they are large, or half if they are small.
2) The tip: Do not do the strawberries with cream at the time. If you take at least half an hour to let them stand with sugar, they will be much richer. Then, the next step is: put them in a tupper and rain with a tablespoon of sugar . Refrigerate them at least half an hour. The sugar will disappear as if by magic and a kind of strawberry syrup will be formed. It is delicious and goes wonderfully with the strawberries with cream.
3) Now to mount the cream : place it in a bowl with both tablespoons of sugar and beat until it has the desired consistency.
4) Finally, you accommodate the strawberries in a container that you like (I love it is transparent, so as not to lose the colors), you place a good tablespoon of cream, the TV and rogas that are giving Pretty Woman.

What cream do you have to use?
It occurs to me that perhaps instead of leaving them with sugar you can spray with a little Moscato wine.
I put the bowl where I am going to prepare the cream for half an hour in the freezer. Then the cream is done quickly and do not need, cubes.
